Clinical Services
All services are provided through a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework integrating art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play-based interventions to support emotional expression, insight, and coping skills.
Creative expression is used throughout treatment to help children and adolescents communicate what words alone cannot.
How Therapy Works
Sessions are tailored to each child or adolescent’s developmental needs and may include drawing, painting, storytelling, sand tray work, and other expressive methods. These approaches help children externalize experiences and build coping strategies in an accessible way.
CBT-informed strategies are integrated when helpful to support emotional regulation and skill-building.
